Trinus is a new category of 3D printer.
Designed entirely of steel and aluminum components, Trinus delivers the stability, accuracy, and durability of an industrial-grade printer at a fraction of the size and cost. Its robust all-metal construction maintains performance and eliminates the need for constant recalibration. The single-axis slide, a feature commonly used in industrial machines but rarely found in desktop 3D printers, allows Trinus to produce high-quality prints at speeds up to 70 mm/sec, with a top speed of 150 mm/sec. Powered by silent Trinamic (TMC) and LV8729 stepper drivers, the printer is 10 times quieter than its predecessor. Trinus operates at a minimum layer height of 50 microns, generating clean and smooth prints every time.
Trinus can print with PLA, Flex, PC, ABS, Nylon, and more. While some of its competitors use 3D printed components and zip ties to hold parts together, Trinus is made with all premium aluminum and steel parts -- inside and out. Thanks to these industrial-grade components, Trinus offers superior dimensional accuracy and precision. And with no loose belts or plastic gears to flex or fail, it performs at a level far above its price point.

Bardo is a 3D printer board based on the Atmega2560 and adapted for the Trinus 3D printer series. It’s optimized with Marlin 2.x and ready to use with our Kodama Trinity software. Designed for user-friendly peak performance, the color-coded connectors allow for easy, hassle-free assembly.
Trinus 1.3 includes an Auto Bed Leveling (ABL) system to ensure that your print adheres properly to the bed surface every time. LEDs included at the extruder light up the print-in-action for you and any pictures you’d like to share.
Trinity is a free application that is a perfect companion to your Trinus. Based on the LCD screen available for Trinus, it offers the same user experience from your computer (Windows and Mac supported). Besides being able to control your printer it also offers an easy means to keep up to date with the latest firmware for your printer's Bardo controller and LCD (sold separately).
